At Kinkly Shop, we want you to feel confident in every outfit; if your purchase isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags and packaging for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to your original payment method.
